If vendor pitches slip through, add phrases under Settings → General → Spam & lead quality (Pro) or mark them spam manually. Pro also supports bulk Mark not spam and Delete selected (spam purge) from the leads list.

Default folder path is /Lead Ledger. Use Archive now to verify.

(2) Connect after save — enter OAuth credentials, save settings, then click Connect. (3) Revoked access — reconnect if you changed Client ID/secret or removed the app in Google/Dropbox. (4) Wrong folder — verify Drive folder ID or Dropbox path exists. (5) Upload errors — check Last error in settings, confirm WordPress cron runs, and try Archive now.
