This page describes Lead Ledger’s product data model. Every site owner remains responsible for publishing a privacy policy that matches their configuration and applicable law.

Lead data stays on your WordPress site

Lead Ledger stores captured lead records in your website’s WordPress database. Depending on the connected form, records may include a name, email address, phone number, message, source, page URL, form identifier, and submission date.

Page-view collection is opt-in

Anonymous page-view counts are disabled by default. When an administrator enables them, Lead Ledger stores daily aggregate counts rather than one database record for every visit. Site owners should disclose this tracking in their privacy policy.

Retention and deletion

Lead Ledger Free automatically purges lead records after 90 days. Pro can be configured for 30, 90, 365 days, or unlimited retention. Individual leads can be exported as JSON and deleted; Pro also supports bulk CSV export.

Optional external services

Pro SMS alerts use the Twilio account connected by the site owner. Optional Slack and webhook integrations send configured lead data to destinations selected by the owner. Lead Ledger does not enable those services automatically.

Requests involving lead records

Lead records are controlled by the website where Lead Ledger is installed. Contact that website’s owner for access, correction, export, or deletion requests involving your information.
