Clear answers. No technical detours.

Install Lead Ledger, connect your forms, verify your first tracked lead, and understand every dashboard number.

01 / Quick start

Install and see your first lead

In WordPress admin, open Plugins → Add New and search for “Local Lift Lead Ledger.” Install, activate, and follow the three-step wizard for business type, forms, and alerts.

Expected setup time: about ten minutes

Send a test form submission when setup completes. It should appear in Lead Ledger → Leads and trigger an instant email alert.

02 / Forms

Connect your existing contact forms

Free tracks up to three forms shared across Contact Form 7, WPForms, and Fluent Forms. You can also place one native form with the shortcode below. Pro removes form limits and adds Gravity Forms plus a Gutenberg block.

03 / Calls

Track click-to-call actions

Lead Ledger listens for clicks on standard tel: links on your frontend. It records the page and timestamp, but it does not provision dynamic numbers or record conversations.

04 / Dashboard

Read your lead signals

Free shows leads this week and month, phone clicks, a 30-day forms-vs-calls chart, top five pages and sources, and ten recent leads. Pro adds custom dates, estimated value, classified sources, campaign tables, and top 20 pages.

05 / Privacy

Control what is collected

Lead data stays in your WordPress database. Page-view counts are disabled by default and require administrator opt-in. Free retains leads for 90 days and supports per-lead JSON export and deletion.

06 / Requirements
